Netherlands – Computer equipment and supplies – IT Hardware

The Contract concerns the supply of IT hardware and the directly related services to Beeld & Geluid. The Contractor acts as the central point of contact for advising on, offering, ordering, delivering and supporting IT hardware during the term of the Framework Agreement. For more information, see the Descriptive Document. The estimated and maximum value of the Framework Agreement is €4,250,000 excluding VAT over the maximum term of four years. In determining this estimate, account has been taken of the expected replacement of existing hardware, planned investments, lifecycle renewals and possible price and market developments during the term of the Framework Agreement. The stated contract value concerns an estimate. No rights can be derived from this estimate and from any possible distribution over years or product categories by the Contractor. Beeld & Geluid gives no guarantee as to a minimum uptake, turnover or distribution of the expenditures. The actual uptake is dependent on the actual need, available budgets, technical developments and market conditions. When the maximum value of the framework agreement has been reached (before the expiry date), Beeld & Geluid can decide not to award any further contracts and to terminate the framework agreement.
