The subject of the procurement is the supply, implementation, and provision of technical support for the Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and the Central Cryptographic Key Management System (CKMS) in the teleinformatics environment of the National Economy Bank. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement, the list of tasks, deadlines, and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the procurement, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter: "DCT"), which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Subject of the Procurement Description (hereinafter: "SPD"), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
