The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework supply and service contract for the procurement of HPE and Dell server components, accessories, support services and additional services by the Kantonspolizei Bern. The focus of the procurement is on the procurement of server components from the manufacturers HPE and Dell. The framework agreement is to provide the Kantonspolizei Bern with a reliable source of supply for both manufacturers, with the proviso that HPE constitutes the majority of the source of supply. The supplier must ensure that they can provide both HPE and Dell products, corresponding accessories and expansion components, equivalent replacement and successor products, and the associated manufacturer-specific support services.
