Switzerland – Tyres for buses – MP 2025.02.755 - Contrat-cadre pour l'acquisition de pneumatiques

The public transport of the Lausanne region (tl) operates a fleet of vehicles of various types, covering approximately 15 million kilometres annually. This fleet, deployed in the greater crown of the Lausanne region, consists of 288 vehicles, including 271 heavy vehicles and 17 minibuses. Furthermore, an expansion of the fleet is planned by 2031, bringing the total number of vehicles to 312. The tl operates on the principle of seasonal tyres, i.e. a change (according to the weather) between September and November for the winter season, then a second change from April to mid-May for the summer season (winter tyre in mid-life before a next retreading, profile between 4 and 8 mm deep). This is a supply contract. This call for tenders concerns the acquisition of new and retreaded tyres for the adjudicator's vehicles, under a framework contract of 4 years, renewable for a fifth year. It is composed of two lots: * Lot 1: Acquisition of tyres for heavy buses; * Lot 2: Acquisition of tyres for light buses (minibuses). It is planned to start the execution of the framework contract on 01.01.2027, subject to the obtaining of the necessary credits or authorisations.
