This framework agreement for purchase orders (hereinafter the "contract") aims to reference software distributors and associated services. The services to be performed are specified in the technical specifications and will be detailed in the purchase orders. This contract is multi-provider. It is signed between Aéroports de Paris and three (3) Distributors who will be subject to competitive bidding throughout the duration of the contract in accordance with Article 4 "Contract Duration". The conditions for awarding purchase orders are defined in Article 6 "Conditions for Execution of the Framework Agreement".
