Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2025-15

The statutory health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is indicated by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude rebate agreements under § 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are, unless the contract provides otherwise, always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner under the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products under § 129(2) SGB V. The contract is concluded under the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, and uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.01.2026 (any deviations in start times are indicated in the details for the respective lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.12.2027 (any exceptions are indicated in the details for the respective lot), regardless of the date of contract conclusion.
