The present tender is for the award of a framework contract for the direct procurement of software and service levels (operational, maintenance and support services). The subject of the procurement is a software solution including service levels exclusively for the implementation and management of phishing simulations and for the reporting and analysis of suspicious emails. The solution should enable automated, target group-specific sensitization of over 13,000 employees and provide extensive reporting, integration and evaluation functions. This includes a large library of current phishing simulations, microtrainings, gamification elements, connection to common interfaces and a data protection-compliant, anonymised success evaluation. In addition, the solution should enable user-friendly reporting of suspicious emails directly from the email clients used, including mobile devices. Reported emails are to be analysed automatically. This should be efficiently classified and processed through rule-based and manual evaluations. For reported emails, the solution should identify phishing campaigns, intelligently bundle reports and reduce processing effort through automation rules. Furthermore, it is expected that the software will be continuously developed and offer the possibility to incorporate and implement new feature requests.
