This open tender is subject to the provisions of Articles R2162-2 and R2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum of 3 100 000€ (excl. VAT) over the total duration of the contract, awarded in accordance with Articles R2162-2 and R2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code. The purchase orders will be notified by the various contracting authorities as needed.
