The subject of this procedure is the performance of a successive service for the disposal of hazardous medical waste in the scope of: a service for the disposal of hazardous waste performed in a successive and comprehensive manner for Szpitali Pomorskich Sp. z o.o. in Gdynia for the following locations: - Specjalistyczny Hospital im. F. Ceynowy in Wejherowo, ul. A. Jagalskiego 10 – Task 1; - Morski Hospital im. PCK in Gdynia, ul. Powstania Styczniowego 1 - Task 2; - Hospital Św. Wincentego A Paulo in Gdynia, ul. Wójta Radtkego 1 - Task 3; - Medical Centre Smoluchowskiego in Gdańsk, ul. Smoluchowskiego 18 - Task 4. 2. Pursuant to art. 131(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor conduct a site visit before submitting an offer for Task 3. For information on the site visit and to arrange its date, please contact: Hospital Św. Wincentego A Paulo in Gdynia: Mr. Piotr Kuzera tel. 58 726 06 74 from 8:00-13:00. The Contractor will be issued a certificate of site visit completion. The Contractor will bear the costs of the site visit.
