Poland – Generating sets with compression-ignition engines – Dostawa agregatów prądotwórczych w ramach realizacji Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025 – 2026 z możliwością składania ofert częściowych

The subject of the order is the supply of power generators as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026. The order is divided into 2 packages (parts). Package 1 Power generator 20 kVA – 2 units. Package 2 Power generator 100 kVA – 1 unit. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the deliveries are specified by: - Price list – Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ for individual parts (packages), - Technical specification – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ for individual parts (packages) - Draft contract terms – Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 1. All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the order pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act. 2. The Contracting Authority's Representative does not allow the possibility of submitting offers for randomly selected items in a given part (package). In each part, the full range must be priced in the quantities specified by the Contracting Authority. The templates of Annexes No. 1.1 ("Price list") and No. 1.2 ("Technical specification – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order") must be completed in full, without making any changes to their content – they are an integral part of the offer – a declaration by the Contractor as to its content, hence the absence of these annexes, containing content consistent with the template specified in the SWZ, will result in the rejection of the offer (after the Contracting Authority's Representative has performed all the actions provided for in the Pzp Act in the scope of the evaluation of offers). 3. The remaining conditions and the manner of implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the Draft contract terms regarding the public order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of changing the terms of the concluded contract (so-called contractual changes based on Article 455(1)(1) of the Pzp Act) in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contract may also be changed in the cases referred to in Article 455(1)(2)-(4) and (2) of the Pzp Act. 4. The Contractor may submit only one offer. 5. The offer must be submitted in Polish. 6. The offer must be submitted, under pain of invalidity, in electronic form (i.e. in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature). 7. The content of the offer must correspond to the content of the SWZ.
