The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of the Sloka wastewater treatment plant to increase operational efficiency. The works include design, construction, and testing, supervision and defect correction. The construction is planned in accordance with the terms of the subcontract - International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) "Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build, 1999 Edition (FIDIC Yellow Book), in accordance with the technical specification (Appendix A).
