Procurement of cold food and cooking ingredients for Semmelweis University within a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR). The Invitation to Tender creates the DBR by dividing it into the following 6 (six) product categories: 1. Procurement of meat, meat products 2. Procurement of milk, dairy products 3. Procurement of bakery products 4. Procurement of fruit, vegetables, eggs 5. Procurement of dry goods 6. Procurement of dietetic products The DBR shall remain in force for 48 (forty-eight) months, during which the Invitation to Tender wishes to conclude 12 (twelve) month contracts/frame agreements. For all categories: The Invitation to Tender cannot precisely determine the number of items to be procured under the DBR due to their variety during the participation phase of the procedure. The Invitation to Tender has specified the individual product categories, within which the DBR tender phase is entitled to procure products according to the needs arising in accordance with patient care. Based on the Kbt. 107. § (2) the Invitation to Tender shall, in the tender phase, make the individual products, their exact quantity, the concrete procurement technical description and the detailed contractual conditions available at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. The maximum size of the individual contracts is determined by the framework amount specified in the individual tender phase(s). Based on Kbt. 107. § (2) the Invitation to Tender reserves the right to determine, during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, a sub-tendering opportunity for the concrete procurement needs stated therein – within the individual product categories. The Invitation to Tender reserves the right to initiate several parallel tender phases. We draw the attention of those applying to participate that in the current participation phase of the DBR, the participant is not allowed to make an offer in accordance with Kbt. 107. § (1) and Kbt. 82. § (1)! If the participant makes an offer, the Invitation to Tender will declare their participation invalid based on Kbt. 73. § (3). *** Due to the technical design of the Electronic Procurement System (hereinafter: EKR), the Invitation to Tender is obliged to record the individual categories in this participation invitation in separate parts, but draws the attention of the Economic Operators that the "part" defined in this invitation refers to the individual categories of the DBR. *** Abbreviations: Invitation to Tender (IT); Participant (P); Bidder (B); Subcontractor (SC); European Single Procurement Document (ESPD); Procurement Documents (PD); Invitation to Tender (IT).
