Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_ARCH_Schulverband Dietenhofen_Neubau der Grundschule in Dietenhofen

The Dietenhofen School Association plans to construct a new primary school on the existing school grounds at Pestalozzistraße 2 in Dietenhofen, as the currently used prefabricated buildings from the 1960s are in need of renovation, not barrier-free and unsuitable for future full-day operations. The new building is planned as a three-storey hybrid structure of solid and timber construction with 13 classrooms and full-day rooms and is to form a new "school campus" in conjunction with the existing buildings (secondary school, swimming hall, sports hall). The following services will be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of performance phases 3-9 for building and interior design planning in accordance with § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021
