The subject of the public contract is the provision of services for mobile electronic communications data tariffs. These services will be used in special transmission devices (codecs) that utilise multiple parallel transmission channels and are used to transmit audiovisual signals from the field. The required services must enable a stable and reliable data connection that meets the operational and technical requirements of the contracting authority to ensure the continuity of these transmissions.
