The procurement of Site Management Services for the new construction of HELENA 2 and ELF, consolidation and rehabilitation of the tower for the HandsOn facility, and the re-technologization of the 110/6kV substation is part of the project "Research and Experimental Infrastructure Activities for the Demonstration of Lead-Cooled Fast Reactor Technology – 4ALFRED". The procurement of Site Management Services aims to ensure, throughout the duration of the works contracts, the permanent monitoring of the implementation of the investment, verification of compliance with the approved project, technical regulations and contractual provisions, as well as control of the quality of the execution of the works, technical documentation and reception processes. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days.
