The contracting authority wishes to receive tenders for a framework agreement on damage restoration services for the buildings and properties of Copenhagen Municipality. The agreement mainly covers clean-up, cleaning and restoration after fire, water and storm damage. In case of fire, the supplier must be able to provide parallel efforts with Hovedstadens Beredskab (HBR). The agreement includes damage restoration services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. The tasks can be both acute or planned. In addition, damage restoration includes valuation and storage of property. Clean-up, cleaning and restoration in connection with the discovery of a dead body and general social cleaning are also covered by the agreement (exclusively in Copenhagen Municipality's buildings and properties). The procurement is divided into two sub-agreements. Please note that questions will not be answered in weeks 29, 30 and 31 due to summer holidays.
