The State Building and Property Office Neubrandenburg plans, on behalf of the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the teaching building II of the FHöVPR Güstrow in Güstrow. The necessary renovation of the technical installations is to be carried out in order to implement the current standard. The heating system including the radiators as well as the ventilation and the sanitary facilities are to be renewed. A tree monitoring is to be ensured. The service includes LST 1 (LPH 2-3), optionally LST 2, 3, 4 (LPH 5-8). HZ II applies to AG 1.1 - 1.3 and 1.8. Planning requirement: The contribution to the construction documentation is to be made in May 2027. The start of construction is planned for June 2028 and the handover in December 2031. The eligible costs amount to 478,291 EUR for cost group 410, 547,891 EUR for cost group 420, 208,800 EUR for cost group 430, (for information cost group 440/450 1,624,000 EUR) and 222,720 EUR for cost group 480 gross. The planning contract is to be awarded in accordance with VgV 2016 via a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue. The bidder who, on the basis of his offer, is expected to provide the best possible solution to the task, will be awarded the contract. The planner to be commissioned is initially to provide the performance stage 1 (LPH 2-4). Completion of performance stage 1 is expected within approximately 7 months after the award of the contract. The capacities required to ensure the target dates must be available. The RLBau M-V is to be observed.
