Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical equipment – USŁUGA SERWISU TECHNICZNEGO ORAZ NAPRAWY APARATÓW I URZĄDZEŃ MEDYCZNYCH

1. The subject of the contract is the service of technical inspections of medical devices and equipment, hereinafter referred to as "medical equipment". The subject of the contract also includes repairs to medical equipment. 2. The service that is the subject of the contract aims to maintain medical devices in full technical and operational efficiency and to extend the fault-free operating time, as well as to ensure that the operating parameters of the medical equipment comply with the values set by the manufacturer. 3. A detailed list of medical equipment subject to technical service and repair services is contained in Annex No. 1.1-1.23 – Price List. The list of equipment may change if the Contracting Authority withdraws medical equipment from use during the execution of the contract.
