Supply of office materials for the needs of Municipality of Stara Zagora

Separate position 1: Supply of office materials related to the list of goods and services under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act

Separate position 2: Supply of other office materials

The subject of this contract is the supply of office materials for the needs of Municipality of Stara Zagora in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The office materials must meet the quality requirements. The Supplier must guarantee the quality of the office materials supplied. Deliveries must be made periodically upon request of the Contracting Authority within 1 working day. Packaging, transport and storage. The Supplier is responsible for the loading, transport and unloading of the goods, subject to delivery. The Contractor must provide suitable packaging for the office materials to prevent damage during transport to the address of the Contracting Authority.

Pursuant to Article 47a of the Public Procurement Act, the Technical Specification of the public procurement contract contains environmental requirements for certain products to be delivered, which are regulated in Ordinance No. N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement. The products subject to delivery for the respective separate positions, their type, requirements for them and their execution, etc., are contained in the Technical Specifications.
