Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Erweiterung und Sanierung Sportfunktionsgebäude Fährstraße Hamburg - Generalplanung

The sports functional building at Fährstraße in Hamburg needs to be expanded and undergo a major overhaul and energy renovation. The gross floor area (BGF) of the building is 195 sqm. The following general planning services are to be provided: Building/Interior Design according to HOAI § 34, LPH 1-9, Technical Equipment Planning according to HOAI § 55, LPH 1-8, Structural Engineering according to HOAI § 51, LPH 3-6, and Special Services according to Appendix 10 of the HOAI. The project includes the energy renovation, major overhaul, and extension of the sports functional building at the sports facility at Fährstraße in Hamburg. The aim is the sustainable modernisation and expansion of the existing infrastructure to meet the increased usage requirements following the conversion of the sports field to an artificial turf pitch. The project is clearly defined: it includes the energy renovation of the building envelope and plant engineering, the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building, and the new construction of an additional changing room with shower and WC. As part of the extension, a barrier-free WC with shower and washbasin as well as a referee changing room with shower will also be created, which were not previously available. The installation of locker boxes enables flexible use and double occupancy of the changing rooms. In total, three changing rooms will be available after completion of the project. The measures are self-contained and can be divided into clearly separable construction phases (energy renovation, major overhaul, extension). The project contributes to improving the quality of stay, promoting sport and social integration locally.
