The subject of the present procedure is "Supply of laboratory equipment for the needs of the Institute of Biology and Immunology of Reproduction-BAS for 2026" with separate lots: Lot 1 with subject “Long-read sequencing system using nanopore-based technology” with an estimated value of 70 000 euro excluding VAT. Lot 2 with subject “Delivery of a light microscope” with an estimated value of 12 000 euro excluding VAT. Lot 3 with subject “Delivery of a bench-top refrigerated centrifuge” with an estimated value of 10 300 euro excluding VAT. Lot 4 with subject “Delivery of a cell counter” with an estimated value of 3 800 euro excluding VAT. Lot 5 with subject “Delivery of automatic pipettes” with an estimated value of 1 200 euro excluding VAT. Lot 6 with subject “Delivery of an Automated system for preparation of tissue samples for single-cell OMICS analyses by obtaining suspensions of single cells and cell nuclei” which is awarded under Article 20, Paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) in connection with Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the PPA with an estimated value of 24 000 euro excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the six separate lots is 121 300 euro excluding VAT. Lot 6 is awarded under Article 20, Paragraph 4 of the PPA. According to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the PPA, contracting authorities may award separate lots in accordance with the procedure valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate lot does not exceed 156 464 BGN for supplies and services and 1 000 000 BGN for construction and the total value of the separate lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. For Lot 6, both conditions are met. The remaining value of the contract is 97 300 euro excluding VAT. Tenders are submitted only for separate lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the requirements specified in the present documentation for the procedure under Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the PPA relate to them.
