Romania – Patient-monitoring system – ACHIZIȚIA UNUI SISTEM INTEGRAT DE MONITOARE PACIENȚI ȘI DEZVOLTARE SOFTWARE: CLINIC-EDUCAȚIONAL

• 56 fixed, wall-mounted medical workstations, complete with medical computer, medical keyboard, medical mouse and ergonomic support;

• 4 mobile medical workstations, complete with medical computer, medical keyboard, medical mouse, hot-swappable batteries and mobile medical cart;

• 2 medical tablets, compatible with the IT infrastructure and with the medical workstations;

• 1 charging station for hot-swappable batteries, together with 6 dedicated batteries;

• 5 non-invasive cardiometers for monitoring the hemodynamic parameters of patients;

• 1 integrated digital medical e-learning platform, intended for continuous medical education, knowledge assessment and professional exam preparation, compatible and integrable with the equipment supplied under the present contract.

All components of the system will constitute a unitary and interoperable technical solution, designed to function integrated into the IT infrastructure of the Contracting Authority. The supplier will ensure hardware and software compatibility between all components, their integration, configuration, functional testing and commissioning, so that the system can be used under conditions of safety, reliability and performance.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 (1) of Law no. 98/2016 the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, consequently, it will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
