Preventive and corrective maintenance of the Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) of the Beneficiary Establishments of the GHUC and the 2 Data Centres of the CHU de Reims. The beneficiary establishments are: the CHU de Reims, the CH Léon Bourgeois de Châlons-en-Champagne, the CH Auban-Moët d’Epernay, the Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) of Rethel-Vouziers, the CH de Fismes, the CH de Montmirail, the CH d'Argonne de Sainte-Menehould, the Établissement Public de Santé Mentale de la Marne (EPSMM), the EHPAD d’Avize and the EHPAD de Vienne-le-Château. The contract is divided into 2 lots. The present contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive order forms under the conditions provided for in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with order forms is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum per period, set at: 235 000 € VAT-exclusive for lot no. 1 and 250 000 € VAT-exclusive for lot no. 2. The contract is awarded for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2027 or from the date of receipt of the notification if the latter is later. This initial period is tacitly renewable for 3 periods of 12 months.
