The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, represented by the Procurement and Tendering Centre of the Altona District Office (Contracting Authority), intends, on behalf of the Eimsbüttel District Office, Department of Social Space Management, to conclude a service contract for the implementation of the area development and the creation of the Integrated Development Concept for the Stellingen funding area within the RISE Integrated Urban Development Programme.
