France – Insurance services – MARCHÉ DE SERVICE D'ASSURANCE

The Sud Seine-et-Marne Hospital Centre has entered into the following contracts effective from 1 January 2022 as part of a previous contract:

- A Property Damage Insurance contract: AXA company and SATEC firm via the RESAH

- A Motor Fleet Insurance contract: SMACL company via the RESAH

- A Legal Protection Insurance contract: RELYENS company via the RESAH

The contracts expire on their normal expiry date of 31/12/2026. The motor fleet insurance contract, entered into as part of a group via the RESAH, has been extended by 1 year and will therefore be subject to a tender procedure in 2027. The Sud Seine-et-Marne Hospital Centre has therefore decided to launch a new consultation with a view to entering into a new insurance contract covering the risks of:

- Property Damage

- Legal Protection of staff, elected officials and the legal entity

Effective from 1 January 2027 for a period of 4 years.
