Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Rantasalmen kunnan ICT-palvelut

Savonlinna City Procurement Services requests a tender for the provision of Rantasalmi Municipality's ICT services for the contract period 01.04.2027 - 31.03.2030. If the contracting entity terminates the contract no later than six (6) months before the end of the contract period, the contract will end on 31.03.2030. If the contract is not terminated, it will continue indefinitely with a six (6) month termination period. If the contract continues, the procurement agreement will apply on its current terms, as they stand at the end of the contract period. By submitting a tender and signing the procurement agreement, the contractor commits to the contract continuing indefinitely, if the contracting entity so wishes. The ICT service package to be procured consists of the following services: 1) Taking over the current state (commissioning project) 2) Ongoing service production 3) Network, cybersecurity and quality assurance and management services 4) Centralised support, management and expert services The tender is binding and must be submitted in Finnish. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.
