Romania – Medical consumables – Acord Cadru furnizare “CONSUMABILE MEDICALE specific ECMO si Angiografie ”

Framework agreement for the supply of MEDICAL CONSUMABLES specific to ECMO and Angiography in accordance with the attached terms of reference. The framework agreement will be concluded with the maximum number of economic operators, without reopening the competition, with a split into lots. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities and values are provided in the Terms of Reference and are indicative. The quantities and values actually requested may be lower, equal to, or higher, depending on the needs of the contracting authority at the time of awarding the subsequent contracts, as well as the budget funds allocated for this purpose. Economic operators may request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information at least 10 days before the deadline for the preparation of the documentation.
