Croatia – Placement services of personnel – Usluga ustupanja radnika za privremeno obavljanje poslova

The subject of the procurement are the services of staffing by a temporary employment agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Law (NN 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23), the conditions and requirements of this Procurement Documentation and the Cost Estimate in the Annex. The provision of the services subject to the procurement must be in accordance with the legal and sub-legal regulations and the rules of the profession. The staffing is carried out for the temporary performance of tasks within the activities of the Buyer, which, by their nature, organization of work, and standards and rules of the profession, fall within the scope of the Buyer's jobs and tasks. For the needs of the Buyer, it is necessary to carry out the staffing of a framework quantity of 14 workers (5 kitchen assistants, 1 cook, 8 cleaners). The service will be used successively and according to actual needs, and the Buyer is not obliged to request the full number of workers provided for staffing. If the workers are foreign, the selected bidder is obliged to carry out the procedure for obtaining the documentation for the workers and/or to ensure that the competent bodies of the Republic of Croatia issue the appropriate documentation. Within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the bidder/service provider is obliged to submit to the Buyer a proposal of candidates with proof of undertaking the necessary legal activities for obtaining a work permit and other conditions for starting work in the Republic of Croatia. For the damage that the staffed worker causes to the Buyer at work or in connection with work, the selected Bidder is liable under the general provisions of the law of obligations. It is mandatory to submit bids for the entire subject of the procurement. The offered service must fully meet all the required technical conditions from the description of the subject of the procurement and the specifications which are in the Cost Estimate, which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.
