Germany – Building construction work – Neubau Feuerwache Mühlhausen/Thüringen

The City of Mühlhausen intends to construct a new fire station for the professional fire brigade and the volunteer fire brigade of Mühlhausen. The contracting authority intends to award the planning and construction services as a single contract. The new building will be constructed turnkey by the future contractor. The new fire station with a total gross floor area of approximately 5,000 m² will provide capacities for the professional fire brigade of Mühlhausen and the volunteer fire brigade, including the junior and youth fire brigade. Further details can be found in the Functional Performance Specification (Annex A 1), the Space Programme (Annex A 2) and the Preliminary Design (Annex A 3). The documents will be made available at the time of the invitation to tender. The project goal is the completion and commissioning of the new fire station by no later than 20 July 2029. By this date, all services of the contractor must have been compulsorily provided and accepted.
