Belgium – Energy-management services – Building Performance Contract (« BPC »)

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a « Building Performance Contract » (specific Energy Performance Contract) for a number of buildings of the CPAS de Bruxelles, the Communal Administration of Ixelles and the Communal Administration of Etterbeek. The main objective is to reduce energy consumption (mainly gas and electricity) and the associated CO2 emissions of these buildings.
