Belgium – Construction work – Design & build pour la construction d'environ 48 logements à la Prihielle

Subject of the works: Design & Build for the design and construction of approximately 48 dwellings at La Prihielle, including at least 24 dwellings for rent. The final number of dwellings will result from the optimisation of the site, in compliance with the urban, technical, functional and budgetary constraints defined by the contract documents. This contract is divided into lots: - Firm lot: design until submission of the building permit - Conditional lot: execution file, execution of the works contract, monitoring of the execution by the design team, provisional and final acceptance.
