The municipality of Ostheide plans to construct a new two-track full-day primary school with expansion possibilities and a two-court sports hall in Neetze. The two new buildings will replace the existing primary school and sports hall in Neetze. The site for the new buildings is located in the area of the sports field in Neetze. Preliminary planning for the locations of the new school and the new sports hall has already been carried out (see attached documents). The contract includes the building design (Section 35 (1) Building, Fee Zone III, Basic Rate, All Performance Phases at 100%, NK 6%) for the construction of a two-track full-day primary school with expansion possibilities (mandatory part of the contract). In addition, the client reserves the right to commission the building design for the construction of a two-court sports hall as an optional service. The realisation of the sports hall is subject to a separate decision-making process; there is no entitlement to call up the optional service. The estimated contract value includes the possible call-up of the sports hall option.
