Poland – IT software package – Dostawa pakietów subskrypcji Microsoft albo pakietów równoważnych

The subject of the order is the delivery and activation of Microsoft Packages or equivalent subscription packages for the organizational units of the State Labour Inspectorate, in accordance with the “Description of the Subject of the Order”, which is Annex No. 2 to swz. a) The basic order includes the delivery and activation of standard service packages, standard software licenses with the right to update to the latest versions (Software Assurance), cloud computing resources in accordance with Annex No. 2 to swz “Description of the Subject of the Order”, Annex No. 1a “Price List for Microsoft Subscription Packages (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement)” and on the terms specified in the “Contract Template” (Annex No. 12a to swz) or the delivery and activation of equivalent subscription packages, licenses and cloud computing resources for the organizational units of the State Labour Inspectorate in accordance with Annex No. 2 to swz “Description of the Subject of the Order”, Annex No. 1b “Price List for Equivalent Software Packages (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement)” and on the terms specified in the “Contract Template” (Annex No. 12b to swz); b) The option includes the delivery and activation of standard service packages, standard software licenses with the right to update to the latest versions (Software Assurance), cloud computing resources in accordance with Annex No. 2 to swz “Description of the Subject of the Order” (Annex No. 2 to the Agreement), Annex No. 1a “Price List for Microsoft Subscription Packages (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement)” and on the terms specified in the “Contract Template” (Annex No. 12a to swz) or the delivery and activation of equivalent subscription packages, licenses and cloud computing resources for the organizational units of the State Labour Inspectorate in accordance with the “Description of the Subject of the Order” (Annex No. 2 to swz), Annex No. 1b “Price List for Equivalent Software Packages (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement)” and on the terms specified in the “Contract Template” (Annex No. 12b). Licenses, subscriptions, renewals provided for in the Option have been indicated in point 2.2. “Description of the Subject of the Order” (Annex No. 2 to swz). The maximum value of the contract in the scope of the Option has been indicated in the Contract Template (Annex No. 12a to swz or Annex No. 12b). The detailed rules for using the option have been specified in the “Contract Template” (Annex No. 12a to swz or Annex No. 12b).
