Netherlands – Construction work – Tweefasencontract Integraal ontwerp en realisatie IKC Seghwaert

This is the announcement of the European restricted procedure of the municipality of Zoetermeer for the conclusion of a two-phase contract for the integral design and realisation of Integraal Kindcentrum Seghwaert (hereafter: IKC or IKC Seghwaert) in Zoetermeer. This procurement is divided into a Selection and Awarding phase. In the Selection phase, a maximum of five Tenderers will be selected to submit a Tender in the Awarding phase. In the Awarding phase, one Tenderer will be contracted. Decision-making by the municipal council regarding the credit to be authorised must still take place. According to current expectations, this will take place parallel to the Selection phase and before the start of the Awarding phase. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Registration. This can be done independently, in a Joint Venture and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.
