The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority related to the exercise of investor supervision over the construction works, covered by the guaranteed scope, within the task entitled "Reconstruction for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Lubaczów at 6 Jana III Sobieskiego Street". 2. The detailed scope and manner of execution of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ draft contract clauses (contract template).
