The subject of the contract is: the supply of laboratory equipment and auxiliary apparatus for water testing for the needs of the Powiat Sanitary-Epidemiological Station in Siedlce, ul. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 31, including installation, commissioning and staff training. The supply of the subject of the contract includes: transport to the end user, insurance for the duration of transport, loading, unloading and delivery to the room indicated by the user, as well as installation of the equipment, its first commissioning along with basic user training – initial training in its operation and application training – in accordance with the terms of the contract. Place of installation: I and II floor laboratory, no lift. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 parts: Part 1 - Single quadrupole gas chromatograph with mass detector and "Purge and Trap" accessory Part 2 - Ion chromatograph for anion analysis Part 3 - Stationary Laser Turbidity Meter with RFID, ISO version Part 4 - 3-position filtration set (pump, silicone hose, two vacuum flasks) Part 5 - Demineralizer producing I class purity water The contracting authority requires that the offered laboratory equipment covered by the subject of the contract: be factory new, non-exhibition, free from any defects and damages, without previous exploitation and not be the subject of third-party rights; be produced no earlier than the date given in the description of the subject of the contract for the individual parts and include the year of manufacture as well as the type and serial number. The absence of a visible date of manufacture on the subject of the contract will be treated as an attempt to deliver an older, non-compliant device with this SWZ; be marked with the CE mark. The contracting authority requires the submission of a CE certificate with the delivery. The contractor may have an equivalent document issued by an entity based in another Member State of the European Economic Area. Detailed provisions regarding acceptance, warranty, service, and training are included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, Annex 2 to the SWZ, and the Draft Contractual Provisions, Annex 4 to the SWZ.
