Germany – Secondary school construction work – Generalübernehmerleistungen Neubau Gemeinschaftsschule Pankstraße PAN

The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools on behalf of the state of Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to realize the new construction of a community school at Pankstraße (PAN) (Pankstraße 70 / Orthstraße 1, 13357 Berlin) in the Mitte district of Berlin. The services to be awarded concern general contracting services for the turnkey construction of the school site and, in the first awarding stage, the implementation of a partnering phase according to the School Construction Team Model. The new school site is located on the district-owned property of the current Albert-Gutzmann-Schule and includes the new construction of a 4-6-2 track community school with an integrated support center, two sports halls (a total of 6 hall sections), as well as the associated school outdoor areas and outdoor sports facilities. All construction services are to be completed on schedule, ready for occupancy, functional, and free of defects.
