Framework agreement for the provision of printing services, production of printing products and related services for 24 months, or until the net framework amount of 84,000,000 Ft is exhausted, whichever is earlier, according to the specifications in the BT-24 field and the procurement documents (KD). If the available framework amount is not fully utilised within the 24 months, the Inviting Entity (AK) is entitled to extend the present agreement by a further period of up to 12 months by sending a unilateral written declaration to the winning Tenderer's (AT) address, which declaration AK may make at least 30 days before the expiry of the present agreement's validity.
