Ter AA is considering continuing the self-underwriting of the WGA as of 1 January 2027. Whether Ter AA will actually continue the self-underwriting with a private insurance for the WGA depends on whether the self-underwriting is a (financially) more attractive option than financing the WGA through the UWV or managing it in-house. Robidus will carry out the analysis to determine the foregoing. As of the reference date 31-12-2025, Ter AA had 403 employees. The WIA wage sum amounts to €19,954,365. The actual scope of the contract is known after the final WGA insurance premium statement.
