The provision of the maintenance service for municipal buildings, public schools and dependencies managed by the Ayuntamiento de San Cristóbal de La Laguna within the demarcation of this municipal term, excluding the Organismos Autónomos and the municipal companies, in accordance with the characteristics and specifications set out in the Technical Specifications Document, with the aim of having a service that includes ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, as well as attention to emergencies and unforeseen incidents, which will enable compliance with the obligations and applicable regulations with the objective of preserving the functionality, safety and value of the municipal properties.
