The subject of the procurement is general planning services for the comprehensive renovation, functional reorganisation and technical modernisation of the existing Tankdienstgebäude 142.02 at Munich Airport. The services to be awarded include the holistic planning of the existing building, including all planning, coordination and integration services required for the functional, technical and permit-compliant implementation of the measure. The general planning services include, in particular, the design of the building and interior spaces, the specialist planning of the technical equipment, the structural planning, as well as the overarching technical coordination and integration of all planning participants, including all necessary consultations with the client, the users and the technically involved third parties. The planning task comprises the handling of the existing Tankdienstgebäude, including the structural systems, technical systems and adjacent outdoor areas affected by the measure, to the extent that they are necessary for the functional, technical and permit-compliant implementation of the measure. This includes, in particular, the structural reorganisation and restructuring of the existing building, the technical renewal and adaptation of the building services, the functional reorganisation of the usage areas, as well as the integration of all measures required to ensure a permanently functional and permit-compliant operation. The planning services include, in particular, services of the building design according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI, the specialist planning of technical equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, as well as the structural planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI. The services are to be provided as general planning services with integral overall responsibility for planning, coordination and interface management. The planning must fully capture, coordinate technically and integrate all structural, technical and functional measures required to achieve the objective into a functional, economical and permit-compliant overall plan. This also includes, in particular, the coordination of all technical interfaces within the scope of the planning as well as to adjacent, not directly planned systems and infrastructures. To the extent that technical, functional or infrastructural connections to systems located outside the immediate scope of the planning are required, these must be taken into account by the contractor to the necessary extent, coordinated technically and agreed with the responsible bodies of the client. Planning outside the immediate scope of the planning is not the subject of the contract; however, the complete planning and coordination of all interfaces required for this is due. The services are to be provided under special requirements of construction in existing buildings, continuous 24-hour operation, increased safety requirements in airport operations, and taking into account operational interim, relocation and construction phase measures. The contractor is to check, supplement and update the planning on the basis of the documents provided. Incomplete, incorrect or missing as-built documents do not release the contractor from the obligation to independently determine the bases required for complete planning. The contract is awarded in stages. There is no entitlement to the award of further stages of service.
