The Judiciary wishes to conclude a national agreement with a specialised service provider acting as an integral partner in the field of home security and family security. The service is aimed at employees of the Judiciary who, due to their function or circumstances, are confronted with an increased security risk. The contractor must not only be able to advise on, provide and maintain security measures, but also ensure monitoring, alarm follow-up, guidance, advice, coordination and 'special services' throughout the entire duration of a security trajectory. The estimated value of the Contract amounts to an average of € 800,000, -- exclusive of VAT per year, hence € 4,000,000, -- exclusive of VAT over a duration of 5 years. To prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the meantime and the framework agreement from losing its effect before the intended end of the duration, we conclude the framework agreement with a maximum contract value of € 6,000,000, -- exclusive of VAT.
