The present consultation aims to define the terms of the negotiated procedure for the Externalised Management of Temporary Staff of the RATP, i.e. the management of contracts for temporary staff provided by Temporary Work Agencies (TWAs) to the RATP. For information, the RATP has contracted with several temporary work agencies (ETT) to cover railway maintenance, operation (TRAM), engineering, support functions and tertiary activities. In this regard, it ensures: • Operational management of the complete and reliable temporary staffing process • Direct and constant interface between demand and referenced ETTs • Secure quality, regulatory and administrative follow-up • Monitoring of ETTs • Networking of ETTs • Management of disputes and sensitive situations • Structured, consolidated and performance-oriented management • Solid and continuous operational support to internal prescribers • Enhanced operational continuity • Continuous improvement of the system • Management of the invoicing process
