The contract includes a concession agreement for advertising-financed bus stops and other municipal equipment in Horsens Municipality. The tender involves the municipality's transfer of the right to establish and operate municipal inventory at various locations to a supplier in exchange for the right to advertise on it through a concession agreement. The concession agreement will run for 15 years. The municipal inventory consists of bus shelters, information boards, waste bins and other municipal inventory according to the specification, as well as a range of options. The tendered task also includes the operation and maintenance of the installed equipment.
