Sweden – Miscellaneous food products and dried goods – Livsmedel - Kolonial

Region Gotland is procuring foodstuffs within the colonial product group. The products are mainly intended for preparation and reception kitchens in schools, preschools, hospitals and elderly care, but other activities within Region Gotland also have the right to order from the contract. Distribution of the products to the customers is included in the assignment and the cost for this shall be included in the unit price.

The contracting authority has the right, but not the obligation, to request that during the contract period the supplier establishes and maintains a turnover warehouse of colonial goods, which shall constitute a contingency stock sized to meet the department's food needs for seven (7) days of normal consumption.
