Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – “ДОСТАВКА НА ХРАНИТЕЛНИ ПРОДУКТИ ЗА НУЖДИТЕ НА ДЕТСКИТЕ ГРАДИНИ, ДОМАШЕН СОЦИАЛЕН ПАТРОНАЖ, ПРОЕКТ „ТОПЪЛ ОБЯД“ И ЦНСТ- та НА ТЕРИТОРИЯТА НА ОБЩИНА БОЙНИЦА ПО ОБОСОБЕНИ ПОЗИЦИИ“

The subject of this public procurement is: “SUPPLY OF FOOD PRODUCTS FOR THE NEEDS OF KINDERGARTENS, HOME SOCIAL PATRONAGE, PROJECT “TOPŪL OBYAD” AND CENTRES FOR SOCIAL SUPPORT AND INTEGRATION (CNSI) ON THE TERRITORY OF BOYNICA MUNICIPALITY BY SEPARATE POSITIONS” The object of this public procurement is supply. The products subject to the public procurement are described in detail in the Technical Specification, Technical Proposal and Price Proposal in this documentation. The quantities of products described are forecast and do not bind the Contracting Authority to their full absorption upon contract award. The forecast quantities of food products are for a period of 24 months. The scope of the procurement includes: Supply of food products to meet the needs for healthy and quality food for the users of: CNSI BOINICA, ul. “G. DIMITROV” No. 6, CNSI BOINICA, ul. “G. DIMITROV” No. 5, CNSI No. 1 BORILOVEC, BOINICA MUNICIPALITY, CNSI No. 2 BORILOVEC, BOINICA MUNICIPALITY, CNSI BOINICA, ul. “PALMA” No. 2, Home Social Patronage BOINICA, ul. “G. DIMITROV” No. 4, Home Social Patronage RABROVO, ul. “PETA” No. 17, KINDERGARTEN “YONKA MARKOVA”, BOINICA, ul. “G. DIMITROV” No. 17, Project “TOPŪL OBYAD” – in DPS BOINICA. When executing the procurement, the requirements of Ordinance No. N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement, as well as all other legal and sub-legal normative acts, regulating the subject and the specifics of this public procurement in terms of supply of food, must be complied with. Present a declaration that 4% of the listed food products, which will be supplied during the execution of the contract, will be in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and acts for its implementation. Upon delivery of the products, the same must be accompanied by the relevant trade documents/certificates of quality and origin/expert certificate and other relevant documents – delivery protocol/acceptance and transfer protocol/stock receipt.
