The contract involves providing a system support service for managing health care allowances for monthly salaried employees, with an option for hourly paid employees (hereinafter referred to as the Service). The Service shall support the entire process for managing health care allowances and function as a digital tool for both employees and administrators at the Municipality. The contract includes a comprehensive commitment for the Service, which covers the system support that is part of the Service as well as related services required for the Service to be implemented, used, and function over time. The Service also includes the following options: Option 1 Management of health care allowances for hourly paid employees. The price for Option 1 is included in the evaluation of the tenders. The tenderer shall state the price for Option 1 in Annex Price Sheet. If such a price is not stated, the tender may be rejected. The Municipality has the right, but not the obligation, to use this option during the contract period. Option 2 Administration of the management of expense receipts and support for the payment of reimbursement from the Municipality to the employee for the purchase of health care services from health care providers connected to the Service in the Service. (voluntary) The price for Option 2 is not included in the evaluation of the tenders. The Municipality has the right, but not the obligation, to use this option during the contract period. If the Supplier can provide this functionality, the price for Option 2 shall be stated in Annex Price Sheet. Option 3 Benefit Bicycles (voluntary) This option concerns the Supplier, through the Service, being able to offer support for the administration and management of benefit bicycles for the Municipality's employees for private use. The solution may be provided through a third-party supplier connected to the Service. The Municipality has not yet made a decision on the introduction of benefit bicycles and no requirements regarding such functionality are therefore set within the framework of this procurement. The option is not included in the evaluation and the tenderer shall therefore not submit any price for the option. The Municipality decides unilaterally whether, when and to what extent the option shall be used during the contract period. The Municipality reserves the right to refrain from using the option and to, wholly or partly, procure equivalent service or functionality through separate procurement.
