Renting of civil personnel in the field of urban water, sewerage and hydrogeological advice, soil investigation and advice and ecological advice. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a partnership during the term of this Contract, so that a lasting relationship between contractor and contracting authority is established. This with the aim of being able to fill the flexible personnel needs of the Contracting Authority in the relevant fields of the Agreement quickly and with suitable personnel. The municipality is looking for Entrepreneurs who can provide personnel, with the right knowledge, experience and competencies in the fields of urban water, sewerage and hydrogeological advice, soil investigation and advice and ecological advice. The municipality will give the aforementioned partnership shape through professional contracting, where providing a forecast of required personnel will be prominent. The municipality expects the Entrepreneur, as a contribution to the cooperation, to adequately perform Further Orders, by timely hiring competent personnel.
