The vehicle is necessary for transporting containers used in waste management activities. The procurement aims to modernise the vehicle fleet, increase operational efficiency, reduce operating times and limit emissions through the use of a new special-purpose vehicle, at least Euro VI-E. Supply of a complete special-purpose vehicle with a hydraulic hook for loading and transporting 24–30 m³ containers – 1 unit – on a 36-month financial lease, with an option to purchase and a maximum residual value of 1%. The technical characteristics of the equipment and the minimum requirements that bidders must meet are set out in the tender specifications, which are an integral part of the award documentation. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 8 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarification 5 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
