The subject of the Contract is the construction of a new seat of the County Command, State Fire Service in Nysa, together with the Rescue and Firefighting Unit. The construction intention includes the construction of: a) the building of the County Command of the State Fire Service and the Rescue and Firefighting Unit, b) the building of the crisis storage, c) the building for providing immediate humanitarian aid, d) a freestanding training staircase, e) a retention tank, f) technical infrastructure and land development. The planned complex of the County Command of the State Fire Service in Nysa has been classified into the III category of county commands of the State Fire Service and includes the construction and equipment of a set of objects along with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development; The obligations of the Contractor have been indicated in the SWZ along with all the annexes, including in the Procurement Documentation (including in the Contract); and should be carried out in accordance with the information provided therein as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Contract and all annexes to the aforementioned documents.
